Scrappers Delights Challenge card..Traditional Christmas Colours

I had so much fun with this image for this Challenge..It is one of the firs ones that I saw when I first Joined the team and I have always wanted to colour her ..so here she is .I coloured her using SN pens and pencils to finish her ,on Neenah Solat White card.I have mouted my papers onto black card  and on this one I have used last years Christmas Docrafts papers which sadly are nearly gone now.I placed all my card onto the card base, added glitter to the lovely image for sparkle ,well a girl needs a bit of sparkle lol.. after mounting her onto black card I stuck large snowflakes down the one side..all out of my pre-cut box so an eclectic mix and sprinkled the odd one here and there on the front with a gem for a bit more sparkle too. Please note that I have turned her to face the opposite direction, which is one of the bonus's of digi stamps over normal stamping hehe...I think she has turned out lovely and am really pleased with her :)x

Inky Inpressions Challenge card with a twist Pearls

Hi Here is my inspiration piece to go on the challenge Of anything goes with a twist..with Pearls.. For this card I created the background from one of the vintage wintwr embossing folders from Crafters Companion..This I coloured with several Tim Holtz pads to get a lovely vairied effect..I then tore up the last pieces of the paper that was left over ,but was still white to use as snow..I then cut a Frame in White using a Tonic Die and coloured this also but with red..I then added a doiley ..and the Happy Christmas which I had already done and was just sitting in my to use box :) .. The two fun penguins are kissing under the mistletoe and just adorable I coloured this image in using pencils ,to co ordinate with the background..I then fussy cut it and shaped it and added it to the card with Collall 3D gell glue to raise it from the card and give dimension..added some Sue Wilson Holly Branches and some red blooms and bows to finish.. Thank you for visiting :)x

BeBunni Florals..My Favourite Stamp

I know it is naughty ,and you should never have a favourite, but I simply love this little stamp ..There is just something about this that wraps you up in love and makes you think of your Mum  (  I miss you so much) I decided to vairy this a little as the main image is in pink..My lovely Mum loved a rose called "Blue Moon", you can still find it now ,so thinking of that I decided to do the rose in blue tones ..I think it has turned out beautiful ..Hope you like it :)x
Pens used SN
Pens IG1,2,3 FS2,3 CG2,3 IB1,2,3
I also used the ivy die ,Papers from the CD , Centura Pearl card
Sentiment from the stamp set, Collall Glue 3D and Multipurpose and Neenah Solar White card stock
My own card base flowers , gems and black fine marker

Bebunni Florals has launched ..Beautiful images and papers

As I have said before this is my most favorite of all the Bebunni discs..The more I worked on it the more I loved it..Crafter's Companion has excelled themselves on this on this one..Beautiful fresh images,..pretty floral papers and lots of nice cards to make like the lovely over stuffed box that I made...I only had to click print and assemble..I printed it onto Neenah card as it was that bit heavier to hold its shape..Then I assembled ,easy ,basically idiot proof I did it lol..I added lace and pretty ribbon bows to the main box..The inside the bunni's were stuck directly onto the support strips and the flowers and ribbons were glued onto thin strips of acetate all with the 3d gel glue by Collall..If I wasnt something to stick it is my go to glue . However please remember if you are posting this do not glue the base on the box..Poor Dean and Leann were about to take it off and all I could think is "Ohh! Noooo!" Yep I glued it lol.. well it was the firs of these I have ever made lol...Hope you like it :)x

Launch of the New Challenge blog at A Crafty Mess ..Soo Exciting !!

I am so excited have been keeping this secret for months as it has had to be all set up by the very hard working and talented owner Tieghan and also a good friend of mine in the crafting world Jane.. all I have had to do is make my cards..so I am so proud to be on the Launch and the team ..I have chosen to do two cards on this occasion ,one is a cute bear  by Kathryne from Whimsey Stamps and the other a fairy from SLS Lines called Flower fairy..

This card is from Whimsey Stamps

This card I have used a Paper pad from Hobbycraft..It is very lush and rich.I mounted it directly onto the blank as its a very heavy card and then put faux squigglies around it..I then cut to tstips from one of the other papers and clipped them like you do ribbons, and placed as shown..I cut a circle from a scrap piece from a previous project and sprayed with Spray and Sparkle from Crafter's Companion (silver)  Then put 3d gel glue behind it and placed on card ..placed various snowflake diecuts I had already cut and then added the lovely bear, then popped one final snowflake on and added a gem  :)x

This card is by card is by  SLS Designs

This card is coloured using SN pens and pencils on Neenah Solar White card, She has then been cut out using one of the larger Spellbinder dies and mounted onto some beautiful paper I brought by the company who do Gorgus ..will revise when I find the pad sorry head not working lol.. The whole card has a beautiful etherial feel about it , it is a shame really that a picture cannot pick up how pretty this card is in real ,the colours are much softer too..Any way I finished with lace and flowers .to co ordinate with my fairy :) x

Crafter's Companion Bebunny Florals Sneek peeks

These are simply amazing images to work with this is my favorite one yet as the  images are great and the papers are just amazing and I can see me using them for other projects too, they are very ditsy and in a nice range of colours too ..Just LOVE...LOVE them lol

I used my own 8x8 card base for this one ..I mounted the beautiful butterfly paper onto some CC Kraft card added some dark brown twine around the edge of the card ..I then mounted the topper too ..,so colourful :) ,Before sticking it down I spread some all purpose glue onto the part of the hessian that would be behind the topper and positioned, thus hiding any glue that may show through. I then added Collall 3D gell to back of the topper and added it to card,be generous and wiggle slightly to let glue go through the hessian.. I then mounted a two and half inch square, from the cd ..these are so sweet and just nice to finish a card ,you can add embossing powder or even the liqiud ones you can but to make it look like an enamelled square . I finished off with hessian flowers and butterfly..The butterflies body and antennae is doubled up twine and I placed pretty little yellow buttons in the center to finish.. Hope you like it ..This is one of my favourite ones as I love the greens :)x

The face and hair was coloured with SN pencils and the rest using scrap pieces of card from my stash which I printed the image on to cut out..Fiddly ,but I think she has turned out better than I expected ..The Background papers are from a pad from Hobbycraft, they are beautiful and will feature in a lot of my cards this year I think ..I used a scalloped Tonic large die, A Spellbinders die Victorian Medalion 1 and the snoflakes from the Die sire collection from Crafter's Companion

The New Bebunny Floral Sneak Peek

I have been terribly busy over the last week or so as have been working on the New Bebunny samples..This I think is my favourit one .It is very bright ,colourful and fun, lovely new shaped cards and beautiful papers too..so here is a sneak peek of what is to come
The pens I used for this are of course Spectrum Noir
Be bunnyIG1,2,3  FS2,3 and Blender  Stem CG2
Petals CR2,3,4,5 and TN2,3,4 for the center of the flower
I used Cordination card to mount the beautiful butterfly paper onto ,for a little texture and contrast,I did the same with the border across the center too.. By the way this is an 8x8 card to which I trimed about 2 inches off.. I cut the image out using the Die sire Magic Mirror which is one of my favourites
,and also cut the sentiment out with the same set too ..I then went around the edges with Antique velvet by tim Holtz but I think I must have caught it on a bit o f older ink and it really looks great a pinky brown ..I always do things different lol ..The flowers are mine and the leaves are a neat punch i got from Hobby craft and I love it as I have leaves all the while now and saves getting the machine out. Thanks for stopping by.:)x
