New Release Inky Inpressions

Hiya ..Inky Impressions has just brought out some fab new designs they are suitable both for Christmas or any occasion at all , This is a cut little fox I chose to make a card from as I loved him as soon as I saw him..Also I don't about you ,but its rather daunting when it comes to wrapping all those pressies up at Christmas lol..The image is printed onto Neenah card and coloured with SN pens and pencils,  The paper is Last years Docrafts christmas paper  and the snowflakes are from Crafters Companion from the Christmas Disire range.. I used up a scrap piece of white card to make the base ,this is an ideal card to use up the odd size left overs.. The image and papers are on the new beautiful coloured Centura Pearl in Red ..These are stunning and give a lovely vibrant yet subtle glow..Loads of colours now available too ..thanks for looking :)x

Guest Designer At Love to Create ...Stamp By Simply Betty

I have been so proud to have been asked to be guest Designer at Love to Create..I have used the Simply Betty stamp as the theme is Halloween..That was exciting for me as I have always loved these stamps..and I have never done a Halloween card before ..In the uk we do not seem to celebrate it as much,also my kids are all adults now.The Image is printed onto Neenah card and coloured with SN pencils ,my weapon of choice as I can blend the colours effortlessly to get the cool effect of the skin I did for the girl..The papers are from a digi kit on my pc I have had it yeasr and cannot remember where I got it from sorry but it works so well on this card..All the papers are mounted on black card . I made up the card base from black pearlescant card as I did not have any black blanks.The flower is a Tattered Lace one Poppy I believe and the leaves just cut freehand..I hope you like it as much as I enjoyed making it..such a fun card :)x

Scrappers Delights .. Monochromatic

Hi todays DT for Scrappers Delights is Emo Honey 1.. She is gorgeous ..She has been done in monochromatic for the challenge this month.. The Image is on Neenah card and coloured with SN pens and Pencils.The background paper is one of the Docrafts capsule colection I changed to sepia and printed off as are the other papers except the flowers which was a piece of scrap paper..I used craft card to mount everything on..The Flowers are Tattered Lace Poppies,and the inside of the flower is a thin piece of craft card that I quilled and I think it really finished the flower off nicely.. I have loved doing this one as it was something different for me..Thanks for visiting :)x

Inky Inpressions Challenge Leaves and Flowers

The lovely image Angela today. She has been coloured using SN pens and Pencils on Neenah card... The backing papers are from my stash

and the embossing folder I have used for the panel behind the topper is a Sheena Douglas A4 folder with leaves all over it.I then coloured it using aTim Holtz Mowed Lawn ink pad.. The leaves are also a part of the same piece of card I embossed,but i carefully cut them out ,then added pretty peach and apricot flowers to which I added some pretty resin rose beads I brought a long time ago thinking they would be handy..First time I used them lol.. Hope you like her she is rather cute :)x

Something a bit Different Wedding Day

Found this really cute digi on Etsy the other day whilst looking for a nice bit of inspiration for a wedding card for my Window cleaner's friend..This is just so adorable and I will pop the link on at the end..The image is on Neenah Solar white card and coloured using SNpens and pencils..the girl owl and the flowers I have added a bit of sparkle with Wink of Stella clear.I used a heart cut out for the background and artist chalk to get the soft sky.I then mounted onto craft card. My papers are odd one from my stash long ago lost covers so sorry cannot furnish names..I layered the plainer piece onto craft card and edged with Lace , before adding to the background.. The flowers are from

Mo Manning Baby Fairy

Hiya , this is a special one I have done for a Babies Christening ..Normally I am a bit lost on these things but when the baby is called Willow ,Well Just had to colour a Fairy for her..She is coloured in with SN pencils as I wanted the skin to look soft like a babies of course..The backing paper is an odd piece from my stash ,i popped it through a Crafters Companion Embosalicious folder with buttons on ,I thought that would be sweet..The lace has sparkles in it and I added 2 layers ,then mounted it to some pale pink card, then to an 8x8 card blank.using another off cut I matted it popped some lovely ribbon with sparkle running through it and added the bow when in place,then I popped it behind lace ,Placed on the topper and added the flowers..The leaves are a Britanic die and I use it loads as they are just a nice size,and was only about £5, what a bargain..Thanks for looking :)x
