Digital Delights By Louby Lou

I just love making cards like this ,such a great way to use up scraps of paper out of the forever filling box and the odd sheet of paper left over from a pad from oh..who knows when lol..Yes we all have those don't we ..I used a 8x8 card blank for this one ..First I had coloured the image using Polychromos Pencils onto Neenah card ,then I fussy cut it out ..I cut the background to the size I wanted and used this as a guide ,then roughly cut the two pieces of green to the same width..Once done I roughly drew in some grass and cut both out ,then layered these two pieces onto the front of the card.I then stuck the cute panda onto the grass where i wanted it to go ..I left it for a few minutes to allow for the glue to set and then cut around the grass and the Panda..leaving a small white edge. This helped to strengthen the panda and stop it from leaning forward, nothing worse than a wilting card on the shelf. I then placed the background on and the three cut out clouds ..I put stitching around those to make a feature of them and to help them stand out a little more too.The last cloud I had Printed on Birthday Wishes before cutting it out..To finish I added a sprinkle of pretty small glitter flowers on the grass and drew on the leaves ..Such a fun card to make and a quick change of subject looks great on adults cards too ,a little something different  ..Thank you for visiting :)xx
