Anything goes with a twist.. New Begginings (Winner at Love to Craft Challenge )

This beautiful Dt card was made from a cut file off the Silhouette Store.. I cut it out of Sheenas Super smooth card from Crafters Companion ..Cuts beautifully and is 300 gsm too ,but really a good card for stamping and colouring on ..But me I will try anything lol.. The Paper I used was from my stash and also cut on my Silhouette. The beautiful Image from Scrappers Delights  http://scrappersdelights.com/store/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=89_108&products_id=693  she also has a little brother too and both of them have the option of having a cheeky exposed bottom too lol.. I coloured her with SNpencils as I wanted her to look soft and sweet as a baby does..She has been printed on Neenah card too this is an ideal surface for the pencils as it is very smooth which helps with the blending . The bow is a freebie template frome one of this months Mags no adds on here lol..and I used a oval die to put on the back of the baby, this is a xcut die...Thank you for visiting  :) x

Anything goes with a twist .. Using Diecuts (Got Top 3 for this card)

This has been created for Scrappers Delights Challenge ..Anything goes with a twist Using Die-cuts..Well this is one of my favourite areas..I used the lovely Victorian digi1 http://scrappersdelights.com/store/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=110_127&products_id=349
I decided on a winter wonderland . The background is made from a Crafters Companion Vintage Christmas embossing folder,  then going over it with Tim Holtz's Broken china ink to colour, Then I useing a tonic die to cut into the center of the card called Beautiful Bramble from the Intrica range,I then used a square scalloped die in the center and used Memory Box poinsettia dies for the flowers and cut some leaves from Sue Wilson Dies..The Lovely Image was coloured using Spectrum Noir pencils, she was such a pleasure to colour too ,the finished project has a little sheen due to the pencils

which added to the sparkle of the lovely winter themed card..It was finished with punched snowflakes and those stick on sparkles you can get from craft shops ..It could be used as either a Christmas Card or a Winter Birthday.. Thank you for visiting xx

Ppinkydolls I Love Raspberry Ripple

I used beautiful encapsulated glitter papers to create the background of this card I have titled it I Love Raspberry Ripple as that's what it reminds me of with a touch of chocky sauce lol..I matted and layered them onto some very bright pink card. The corner piece is off another piece of card, too pretty to cover ,so I carefully cut around it and then layered it onto pink to match the rest. This one however was stuck down using foam pads to give a bit of depth. The beautiful doll I have spent approximately five hours colouring in with SN pencils as I wanted to give a soft dreamy effect..I then cut her out, gently bent her and stuck her to the card using pinflair glue,to add a bit of depth. Then I added the tad ,punched out some tiny flowers and scattered them around the card.. I think she is very pretty and loved colouring her..You will find her work on Etsy..Thanks for visiting  :) x

Mo Manning boy on Xbox

This lovely boys card was coloured using a beautiful image From Mo Manning's Digital Pencil I did one last month with my own work for a younger boy ,but this one is for one a few years older. The skin and hair are coloured using SN pens and the rest is coloured in using SN pencils ..I much more prefer the pencils as I feel that they are much more receptive to what I want in my colouring, expecially with the clothes...
I matted him onto Black card to showcase him to his best... The backing papers are from my stash and have all been mounted onto black cardstock too ,and stuck down using double sided tape. I then popped foam pads behind the boy topper and positioned him and added the sentiments to finish..The insert matches the background paper.. Thank you for taking the time to visit x

PPinky dolls

Ppinky Dolls have just come to FB these are so beautifully haunting little girls, just lend themselves to pencil colouring which I did with this image. They are an absolute joy to colour and lovely to watch come to life as the colour went on..I use SN pencils and blend them with a paper stumpy and zest pencil blend..I like this one as it smells like lemons.
I used a Tonic die to cut her out and went around the edge with the same pencils and the very edge with TIm Holtz Broken China.. The background Papers are from a pad from Hobbycraft  called Springtime collection, their own make..The blue one I used an ageing tool on ,then the purple I did the edge with the Tonic Punch Twisted Twine, the white is another Tonic Punch, sorry no name on this one.. I matted them all together edging blue with Broken China Ink and Purple with Seedless Preserved also Tim Holtz.. Put the Topper on with foam pads . Then I cut out the flowers using a Die from Heartfelt Creations I believe is Sunburst flowers..I brought this as it goes with their poinsettias , but looks so lovely on here ..I always shape my flowers using a ball tool and foam mat this gives a lovely 3D effect There is to be a label above the flowers but as it is named I did not want to pop it on sorry .. thanks for visiting x
