Digital Delights by Louby Loo

Hiya ,the image on this card was coloured using Polychromos Pencils onto Neenah card..Once coloured I fussy cut her out. For her background I used a Tattered Lace scalloped Pin dot circle which I ran through a cloud embossing folder and de-bossed it ,this makes it a little more subtle, for this I used a beige Centura Pearl.I then mounted Bella onto the background using 3D glue gel.For the card I mounted all of my papers onto the same Centura card ..The paper is from First Editions Floral Pavilion, the Purple is an off cut from my box..The white doilies on either side of the circle are from CC Downton Abbey the first set...Once these were in place I added the topper once more using the 3D glue gel..The butterflies are dies I brought from Honkong so do not know the name ,I placed a few gems on that side on the butterflies and on the doily ,then the other side I added some pretty blooms and roses, these were shop brought ..To finish I added the matching sentiment that comes with the stamp and a few faux pearls..Thank you for popping by :)xx

Knitty Kitty New Release Scaredy Cats

Today's.. is a new release featuring the Scaredy Cats..fun ,different look for Halloween ,and Why not indeed lol!..This lovely image was coloured with Polychromos onto Neenah card..The tiny stars I have used a Uniball Sina white gel pen, this is my favourite as I find it is by far best coverage ,even over the oil in the pencils as you can see they are really standing out from the background,I have mounted the image onto a fancy Holographic silver card then onto black,to make the image pop..The Papers are from GDS Studios ..Called Melody Ross Designs (Lydia Collection ) ..Because the paper was busy I mounted black first then the silver ,It looked better that way .Before gluing the top card onto the final backing mat I put a Halloween ribbon around it . I added the topper with 3D glue gel then a bow. across the bottom,I then decorated by using layers of stars which seem to explode from the center of the ribbon and added a couple more dotted around..Sorry no Dies as I don't normally do Halloween and only do them for team work ,so I don't invest in them ,It is not so big in the UK

Morgan's Artworld Saturday Inspiration Card

Hiya . For today's inspiration card I have kept with the theme of add three ,so I have added three papers and I have also added 3 mushrooms too..The beautiful Fairy wishes is coloured using Polychromos pencils onto Neenah card..I have used craft card to back this and have cut this out using a Tattered Lace  Basic Pin dot fancy oblong die.For the backing papers I have used Crafter's Companion  The English Country Garden Paper pad and these have been added to craft card too. I have recently found these new dies called  Tutti Design Dies on Ebay ,They are fairly new to this country ,but I know one of the big craft companies stock a lot of them ..I think it is Crafts U Love ..but not sure ..The topper I placed flat onto the backing as this new die I just mentioned it's called Dove Circle -100..I cut this  into two and added either side of the top of the cut out of the dies..I think it looks really pretty and goes so nicely with the theme of the card. The two doves I have added clear SN Sparkle pens to ,just to give them a bit of highlight from the rest...It was then glued flat this time because of how delicate the dies are on the top ,and I did not want them to get damaged by sticking out.To finish I cut three Mushrooms from a set that were from Mariane Designs that I have had for several years now..These I also coloured with SN Sparkle Pens and added the white dots with a White Gel Pen ..Thank you for visiting :)xx

Knitty Kitty Dt Project.. Purrmaids

Hiya, for today's card I have done another card for Knitty Kitty, these little mere Kitties are just so cute so I just went into fun mode both in the colouring and the making of the card..A bit different for me but a girl just has to have fun occasionally..These would make a fun project for the kids to colour too if you printed them onto som A4 paper and they could stick glitter and all sorts on it .
I coloured the image onto Neenah card with Polychromos Pencils.I also did a tag too which I photographed separately as well , and I coloured this using Conte a Paris Pastel Pencils ..I used Tonic Papers for the background from a Summer morning pas and I used a Star gold embossed craft card behind both images to frame them .First the card I matted the paper onto craft card, the colours went so well but also kept the fun of the card too hence the choice. Before adding the topper to the card I added some gauze behind it to represent fishing nets and to decorate I have used First edditions underwater creatures I am not sure what its actually called but if you are looking for it you will not miss it ..To finish I added a hand pleated piece of blue/green sparkle ribbon and some shell shaped irridesant gems  ..Fot the Tag the topper was backed with the same embossed craft card as the card was But the whole thing was cut out using Tattered Lace Basic Tags,I used other pieces from out of the same die set to decorate,All the diecuts have been coloured using SN Sparkle pens to give a twinkle ..I then added a pretty double bow to finish and finished with a lovely gem..Thank you for popping by :)xx

613 Avenue Create DT Card

Hiya for todays card I have chosen this really funny, different  Knome Lady Digi from QKR Designs..I have coloured her with Polychromos Pencils onto Neenah card..(The background is my own creation and not on the stamp) ,then I mounted her onto craft card..The papers are from Tonic Simply Blooms paper pad and fit in beautifully with the bright colourful  Knome lady.and also matted onto craft card too.The panel of embossing that I have put down the one side is from the latest Crafter's Companion Inspiration Magazine and is a border panel and a sample of what will be a new release shortly in the Signature range ..It looks great from the bits in the mag..Any way I actually used the backing card from the packet which was a nice colour that brought out the fleshy colours from the image and also from the main backing papers, waste nothing here lol!.To finish I added a variety of blooms down the panel and then added a few faux half pearls to the center ..Thank you for popping by :)xx

Digital Delights By Louby Lou..New Release

Hiya hope you like this fun card it was such a great card to do ..I have coloured the image with ..wait for it!!.. Prismacolor Pencils...I felt like a change in doing this one today, but it is still on my preferred card Neenah. Once I coloured the image in I used a Dutch Doobadoo Star Template to draw carefully around the monkey to encompass the balls so I did not have to cut them out separate and inevitely loose them.Once I completed the background I then mounted it onto craft card and then carefully cut around it leaving a small border ,this was more to add support than anything as you can see the star for this is at a different angle to the card's star. Once done I then used the larger sizes on the template and cut the two outer stars for the card base ,then I cut two smaller ones out on the inside of the template for the paper..Once I had cut these out and glued the backing papers on ( Tonic Simply Blooms papers ) I then used a ruler to bend the top arm of the star so I could attach this to the front of the other piece ( you can see the card is attached by the top point on the bottom pic ) ..It is best to use either a strong glue like tacky glue or red tape ..I prefer Tacky glue as it allows a little wiggle room, While this finished going off I backed the sentiment off with craft card and carefuly cut around it .Then using 3D glue gell I added the topper to the now star card and added the sentiment with the same glue too ,Sorry it is a bit long winded today, but it is to help those who do not know how to make shaped cards..Thank you for popping by :) xx

Sasayaki Glitter New Challenge DT Card

Hiya for today's card I have again coloured with Polychromos pencils onto Neenah card ,then I cut the finished image out with a Tattered Lace Notched corner rectangle die ,then I cut using the next size dies in craft card and turquoise Centura Pearl card, and finally again in craft card ..I wanted this to be the main feature to make the image to stand out, I then cut a card down to suit the Die cut finished piece and used Tonic Papers as you can tell these are by far my favourite of all as the variety across the different pads is so diverse and can suit both male and female cards ,also they are a good quality and great price too ..for this card I used Simply Patterns paper pad..Perfect and colourful fun for this card ..These I mounted the same as the topper but only in the turquoise and craft card.. I then added a cluster of various stars to the topper and just off in gold, silver, white and red and just a gold and red one to balance at the bottom.I really must try and find some suitable boys things in dies ,its very hard to decorate a boys card as if you put too much on they will think its's sissy I was lucky with my Grandson he liked things like Dr Who so it was easy to please him lol..To finish I added a Have a Fun day Sentiment down the edge of the topper..Thank you for visiting :)xx
